Our architects spiral stair! Showcasing how our practice Studio John Bridge Ltd. Architects, incorporated the ‘Machined’ way into this client brief for a unique stair.

Utilising interlocking precision design and fabrication through CNC cut birch plywood, we created a statement stair that could be specified in a home or work place. Various balustrading could accompany the segmented stair pieces, and the riser height of any given new project could be adapted to suit.

This is one solid stair, with a steel column running through the middle to anchor each of the treads, which are made up of ten 18mm plywood parts.
